Glover Park Residence
Washington, DC

Situated in Glover Park, DC, this project extended the second floor of a 1919 rowhouse and added a deck and garden patio.  The addition introduces a new primary bath and improves the dual home/office functionality of the primary suite.  A comprehensive renovation of the rear façade was also achieved, featuring new siding and large windows that expand views to the rear yard and increase daylighting. The scope of work also included structural repairs, kitchen upgrades, a renovated powder room, and a new roof.
