Logan Circle Townhouse Addition/Renovation

This historic townhouse was fully renovated and expanded after a major fire. A two-story rear addition enlarged the second floor living space and created a new third-floor primary bedroom. Over-sized steel pivot-doors and steel windows open to the rear on all levels. New balconies and exterior stairs connect the first and second floors to a new terrace over the detached garage. The project also added a new Accessory Dwelling Unit in the cellar.
